Shipping policy

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. All orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Please allow 1–2 business days for order preparation and packing before shipment.

Please note that delivery times may be affected during sales events, holiday periods, customs clearance, or courier delays. For any special requests, kindly contact us directly at info@garmentiandco.com.

International Orders

We currently offer two international shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: estimated delivery within 7–14 business days
• Express Shipping: estimated delivery within 3–6 business days

Shipping fees will be calculated and added at checkout. Delivery estimates do not include the 1–2 business days required for order preparation.

A recipient’s signature may be required upon delivery to ensure secure receipt of the parcel.

Taxes and Duties Fees

Please note that the total price shown at checkout does not include import duties, taxes, or local VAT where applicable. These charges may be applied upon arrival depending on your country’s customs regulations, and the amounts may vary.

Exchange / Return

Garmenti accepts exchanges only for products confirmed to be defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

Please note that all sales are final. Returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons other than product defects will not be accepted.

All international orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Garmenti is not responsible for parcels lost, delayed, or damaged during international transit once the shipment has been handed over to the courier.

Exchange requests that do not comply with this policy may be declined, and the merchandise may be returned to the sender.

Please Note: Orders placed during promotional campaigns, online sales, or special discount periods are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.
