Canele

The Canale takes its name from the French pastry Canelé de Bordeaux, known for its delicately ribbed exterior and soft, custard like center. Much like the pastry, the bag plays with contrast and harmony, crisp lines and fluid movement, strength and softness, indulgence and restraint.

This translation of culinary craft into form design echoes Garmenti’s spirit, finding beauty in the ordinary and transforming moments of comfort into something meaningful. The pleats become more than texture; they are traces of motion, time, and touch, familiar, yet ever new.
